Cancellation Policy
For Customised Products:
Only Customized Items like Clutches/Potlis/Bottles/Lunchbox etc will not be cancelled after making the payment as we start processing immediately as soon as payment is received so that product can be delivered as soon as possible.. If you need to receive the product on any specific date then yo add remarks in addtional information section while placing the order, you can cancel the order of customised items before making payment only.
Please note: Customisation is done on order by my employee and we cannot put customised item them back in stock again.
Customized Products means if you want any change/customisation to make on product like Name customization/Cartoon Character custmization/embroidery on clutches/potlis etc.
All orders will be dispatched only after making the payment.
However , if u change your mind we can make changes in customisation subject to processing it means if the processing has not been started due to unnatural circumstances like flood, earthquake or holidays/emergency etc.
Once the processing has been started then changes will also not be possible.
If you or (anyone on your behalf like your family member/Guest/Neighbour) has received the product and not infomed you then cancellation will not be considered.
For Non Customised Products:
Non Customised Products means same as shown and no desing/pattern changes.
You can always cancel the order before making the payment.
Once you have placed the order and made the payment then order will not cancelled as we start processing
immediately so that delivery can be done at the earliest.
However, if you want to receive the product on any specific date then you can mention in additional
remarks option while placing the order.
